The Picking List report lists resources for which there are pending holds, the number of copies currently in the library, and a list of patrons who have reserved them.
Options
- Resources desired on or before - The report will be limited to resources desired on or before the given date. The purpose of this is to exclude including resoruces that are desired for future dates.
- Sort By - Select whether you want the report to be sorted by call number or category.
Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems
If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the location selected at the top of the page and whether you have selected All Locations or Selected Location Only.
Viewing, Printing, and Downloading
The report can be viewed on-screen, printed, or downloaded as a PDF. See Viewing and Printing Reports.
