The Holds Analysis report lists resources that have been held a given number of times (or range of times) for a date range.
Options
Date range - The report will be limited to holds placed within this range of dates.
Range for number of times held - The report will be limited to resources that have been held a number of times within this range. You might, for example, what to set the low end of this range to a higher number to see resources that are placed on hold often.
Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems
If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the location selected at the top of the page and whether you have selected All Locations or Selected Location Only.
Viewing, Printing, and Downloading
The report can be viewed on-screen, printed, or downloaded as a PDF. See Viewing and Printing Reports.
