The On Loan report is a list of all resources that are currently on loan including the name of the patron, the check out date, and the due date.
Selecting Records
Select which resource records you want on the report, using either Basic or Advanced record selection options. See Selecting Records for Resource Reports for detailed instructions.
Note that you cannot select All Resources and the On Loan box is checked on the record selection and cannot be un-checked. This is because the report will always be limited to only those resources that are currently on loan. You can add additional ranges or conditions as you like.
Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems
If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the selected location at the top of the page and whether you have selected All Locations or Selected Location Only.
Viewing, Printing, and Downloading
The report can be viewed on-screen, printed, or downloaded as a PDF. See Viewing and Printing Reports.
