Viewing all Patrons in a Group

The groups to which a patron belongs are listed as color-coded blocks on the upper-right side of the patron detail on the Patrons View page. Click a group name to see a list of all of the patrons in that group.

You can also search for patrons by group by selecting the Group option for Search-In when Searching for Patrons on the Patrons View page.

Add a Patron to an Existing Group

To add a patron to an existing group from the Patrons View page, edit the patron record, and select a group from the drop-down list for the Groups field.

Add a Patron to an Existing Group

To add a patron to a new group from the Patrons View page, edit the patron record, and start typing the name of the new group in the Groups field.

The new patron group will be created using the name you enter.

Remove a Patron from a Group

To remove a patron from a group, on the Patrons View page, edit the patron record, click the X next to the group from which you want to remove the patron.

Changing Group Colors and Descriptions

Each group has a color code, which is chosen at random when you add a new group. You can change the group color and add a short description of the group on the Settings : Patrons : Groups page.
