The Circulation Analysis report lists titles, authors, categories, etc. (any MARC field you select) with the number of times each has circulated during a given period of time.
Options
MARC Field for which to count circulation - Select a MARC field from the drop-down list.
Range of values for the above field - If you want to limit the report to a specific value or range, enter that here.
Circulation date range - Range of dates for which circulation will be counted.
Range for number of times circulated during this period - You can limit the report to list only those resources that have been checked out a number of times that falls within a range. For example, you might want to see only those resources that have been checked out a high number of times.
Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems
If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the location selected at the top of the page and whether you have selected All Locations or Selected Location Only.
Viewing, Printing, and Downloading
The report can be viewed on-screen, printed, or downloaded as a PDF. See Viewing and Printing Reports.
