Although there are a large number of pre-defined reports in Surpass Cloud, one of its best features is that it gives you the freedom to create your own Custom Resource Reports.
Just follow these steps:
Select an Existing Report or Create a New One
You can create and manage your own personal reports, share reports with other users, or use reports that someone else has created.
Design Your Report
Next, design your report by selecting which fields you want to appear in it, how you want it sorted, paper margins, fonts, etc.
Select Records
Select which resource records you want in your report.
View Report
The report can be viewed on-screen, printed, or downloaded as a PDF. See Viewing and Printing Reports.
