    The Field Count report lists the unique contents of a selected field and the number of times that field appears in your bibliographic records.

    • MARC field to count - Select the MARC field you want to be counted.

    • Range of values to count - If you want to count a specific range of values for the selected MARC field, enter those here. Ranges are compared by starts-with. For example, if you enter "Abe" as the from value, the report would include all values that begin with the letters "Abe" through all that begin with the letters you entered in the through field.

    • Include withdrawn resources - If checked, the report will include resources that have a status indicating they have been withdrawn.

    Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems

    If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the selected location at the top of the page and whether you have selected All Locations or Selected Location Only.
