Public Catalog Analytics

Designed to provide valuable insights into user interactions within your Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC). Tailor your reports by selecting a specific date range and library site. Choose from various report types to gain insights on user interactions, including: Usage Summary, Searched Words and Phrases, Failed Searches and more.

Getting Started

The Surpass Cloud Administration (SCA) site is your library's administrative command center, the core of the Surpass Cloud. SCA is rich in features that will help you to easily manage your resource records, patron records, and circulation tasks, and it is distinguished by the ability it gives you to customize everything from helpful settings and options to the extensive variety of useful reports available. You'll find all the tools necessary to perform original cataloging, handle fines, and even interface with your favorite reading programs. SCA also lets you print your own barcodes, labels, and IDs.
