# Weeding Report

The Weeding Report helps you identify seldom-used resources in your collection for possible removal from your collection.

## Options

- **Call number range** - If you want to limit the report to a specific call number range, enter that range here. Note that call number ranges are based on starts-with comparisons. For example, if you enter "90" in a field, that would mean all call numbers starting with "90" (901, 902, etc.).
- **Acquisition date on or before** - Limits the report to only those resource holdings acquired on or before the given date.
- **Publish date on or before** - Limits the report to only those resources with a date of publication (MARC Field 260$c) on or before the given year.
- **Include unknown** - Indicates whether to include resources that do not have a date of publication in MARC Field 260$c.
- **Last circulation date on or before** - Limits the report to resources that have not been checked out since the given date.
- **Circulated** / **or fewer times since** - Limits the report to resources that have circulated this number of times or fewer since the given date.
- **Include In-Library usage** - If checked, the report will include In-library usage as part of the circulation data.
- **Include withdrawn resources** - If checked, the report will include resources that have a status indicating they have been withdrawn.

          Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems

          

If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the selected location at the top of the page and whether you have selected **All Locations** or **Selected Location Only**.
