# Overdue Patrons List

The Overdue Patrons List is a list of patrons who have overdue resources. Unlike the [Overdue List](/docs/patron-report-overduelist), this report does not list the titles that are overdue -- just the patrons who have at least one overdue item. This makes this report more suitable for public posting.

## Options

- **Materials overdue as of what date/time** - The date and time you want to use to determine whether resources are overdue. Usually, this is today's date, but you might want to use a future date (such as tomorrow) if you want to print this report ahead of time.
- **Exclude materials due before** - This allows you to exclude resources that have been overdue for a very long time. The default date is 5 years ago from today. You might want to consider declaring resources that are extremely overdue to be lost.
- **Show patron ID numbers** - Whether to include the patron ID numbers on the report.

## Selecting Records

The next step is to select which patrons with overdue loans you want to include on the report, using either **Basic** or **Advanced** record selection options. See [Selecting Records for Patron Reports](/docs/selecting-records-for-patron-reports) for detailed instructions.

          Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems

          

If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the selected location at the top of the page and whether you have selected **All Locations** or **Selected Location Only**.
