# Custom Patron Reports

## Custom Patron Reports

Although there are a large number of pre-defined reports in Surpass Cloud, one of its best features is that it gives you the freedom to create your own Custom Patron Reports.

Just follow these steps:

## [Select an Existing Report or Create a New One](/v1/docs/report-custom-select)
You can create and manage your own personal reports, share reports with other users, or use reports that someone else has created.

## [Design Your Report](/v1/docs/patron-report-custom-design)
Next, design your report by selecting which fields you want to appear on it, how you want it sorted, paper margins, fonts, etc.

Select which resource records you want on your report.

## [View Report](/v1/docs/viewing-and-printing-reports)
