# Renewal Analysis

The Renewal Analysis report lists resources that have been renewed a given number of times (or range of times) within a selected date range.

## Options

- **Sort by** - You can sort the report by call number or title.
- **Date range** - The starting and ending renewal dates for the report.
- **Number of times renewed during date range** - You can limit the report to list only those resources that have been renewed number of times that falls within a range. For example, you might want to see only those resources that have been renewed a high number of times, perhaps indicating that a longer circulation period might be appropriate.

          Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems

          

If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the location selected at the top of the page and whether you have selected **All Locations** or **Selected Location Only**.
