# Picking List

The Picking List report lists resources for which there are pending holds, the number of copies currently in the library, and a list of patrons who have reserved them.

## Options

- **Resources desired on or before** - The report will be limited to resources desired on or before the given date. The purpose of this is to exclude including resoruces that are desired for future dates.
- **Sort By** - Select whether you want the report to be sorted by call number or category.

          Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems

          

If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the location selected at the top of the page and whether you have selected **All Locations** or **Selected Location Only**.

## Viewing, Printing, and Downloading
