# Circulation Analysis

The Circulation Analysis report lists titles, authors, categories, etc. (any MARC field you select) with the number of times each has circulated during a given period of time.

## Options

* **MARC Field for which to count circulation** - Select a MARC field from the drop-down list.

* **Range of values for the above field** - If you want to limit the report to a specific value or range, enter that here. 

* **Circulation date range** - Range of dates for which circulation will be counted. 

* **Range for number of times circulated during this period** - You can limit the report to list only those resources that have been checked out a number of times that falls within a range. For example, you might want to see only those resources that have been checked out a high number of times.

:::(Info) (Multi-Location/Branch Library Systems)
If your library is part of a system that has multiple locations or branches, the report will be based on the location selected at the top of the page and whether you have selected **All Locations** or **Selected Location Only**.
